Meet Holger Ludy

I'm Holger, your “SPECIAL AGENT” in Southwest Florida and it is my “MISSION” to fulfill all your real estate needs. Whether you are looking to sell or buy, I am your perfect partner.

In 2016, my wife and two sons decided to turn a new page and took the opportunity to build our new home here in the Sunshine State. Due to my passion for real estate and helping others realize their dream of owning a home in Florida, soon after I decided to open my independent real estate brokerage REALTY 007 INC., which proved to be a very wise decision.

Along with my wife Petra, we are local experts with vast experience and knowledge of the Southwest Florida region and are the ideal partners for anyone looking to purchase or sell waterfront properties, vacation rentals, etc. Our emphasis is on professionalism, integrity, and exceeding our clients' expectations. We strive for long-lasting relationships and will always go the extra mile to get results.

I was elected in 2023 as one of the “TOP 500 AGENTS” in all of Lee and Collier Counties for Real Estate Production.

As a soccer fan, I never miss a chance to catch a game and cheer on my favorite team FC Bayern Munich.
